My Greater Noida 3BHK hunt: Builder delivery & quality
Godrej Properties ka delivery track record Greater Noida mein kaafi sahi hai, I'd say. Currently, I'm in a 2BHK near Pari Chowk, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Noida Extension. Budget around 1.5 Cr. I'm looking at Godrej, ATS, and Gaurs. Construction quality aur on-time possession bohot important hai. Mahagun ya ACE Group mein kaisa experience hai logo ka? Did they deliver on time? And hidden charges at possession, like PLC ya registry, kitne unexpected hote hain? Is the price jump for a 3BHK really worth it?
