Fusion Buildtech ke Inspire Bharat Apartment mein investment kitna risky hai? I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 78 and eyeing a 3BHK there. RERA registration aur builder ka legal track record kaise check karte hain thoroughly, especially for exit options? Title clarity aur encumbrance certificate ko lekar bahut doubts hain.
