Sector 151A keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Honestly, I'm based in Dubai and looking at Greater Noida for investment, but rental yield figures are just not making sense. Everyone glorifies Jewar Airport's appreciation potential, but nobody talks about the actual rental income. 2-4% yield on a ₹1.2 Cr 2BHK in Sector 150? Ye toh India mein EMI bhi cover nahi karega. Plus, remote management ka headache alag. Is it even worth the effort for an NRI? Change my mind.
