Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector. Upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK/villa. Builders like Prateek Laurel promise amenities, but construction quality after a year often shows cracks. Does that premium really justify future maintenance headaches and lower resale value? Clubhouses often become ghost facilities. Is the extra cost worth it for investors? Change my mind.

Yaar, Prateek Laurel ke ads toh bahut dikhte hain, amenities bhi mast lagti hain. But main bhi wahi soch raha hu, kya future mein quality issues nahi aayenge? ₹87L se shuru ho raha hai, but utna paisa deke ghost clubhouses aur cracks nahi chahiye. Investors ke liye bhi kya ye worth it hai? Mera mind change karo koi.
