Totally get what you mean! I visited a project by another big builder last month, and their 'all-inclusive' price was anything but. When I asked about registry, maintenance, and IFMS, they just kept giving vague answers. It's like they deliberately want to confuse you so you don't back out. This hidden cost thing is so frustrating for first-time buyers like us, who are already stretching their budgets to the max.
