Just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 65 last month, possession was a bit of a headache honestly. Builder (M3M) promised so much, but post-handover issues hain. Like water pressure kam hai and amenity completion mein delay. I visited site so many times. But what about NRIs jo abroad se buy karte hain without visiting? Unko aur kitni problems aati hongi? Is it even worth it for them to invest sight unseen?

Yaar, M3M ka toh yeh haal hai. Meri cousin ne bhi Sector 107 mein liya tha, same story. Possession ke baad bhi list of issues khatam nahi hoti. Builders bas marketing karte hain, delivery mein sab fail. Bahut tension hoti hai first time buyers ko.
Totally agree! M3M ka track record toh waise bhi mixed hai. But yeh water pressure aur amenities ka issue toh common hai sab jagah. Kya RERA mein complaint daali thi aapke cousin ne
