My Gurgaon investment: amenities ka sach?

Laburnum Victory Floors 88A mein amenities ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh bohot kuch dikhaya tha, but actual mein kitna use hota hai? Just moved in, lag raha hai maintenance charges high hain for barely used facilities. Kya ye sab resale value ko justify karta hai ya sirf marketing gimmick hai?
