Construction quality directly impacts investment ROI. Brahma City M Block? Shoddy finishes, seepage later kills resale. Do 'premium' amenities truly attract tenants or just inflate maintenance? Change my mind.

See, the original post is spot on. I bought a flat near Badshahpur a few years back, thinking 'premium' meant quality. Ended up spending so much on re-doing the bathrooms and kitchen because of shoddy work and cheap fittings. Amenities toh dikhawa hain, asli cheez structure aur finishings hoti hain. Brahma City M Block ke liye toh reviews bahut mixed hain.
U12, woh builder ka naam ab nahi
Which builder was that near Badshahpur? Just asking to avoid.
Totally agree, bhai. Builders often cut corners on internal fittings to save costs. With the current market being a bit slow, it's even harder to sell a property that needs repairs, especially if it's 4 Cr+.
But premium amenities ka bhi toh point hai na? Club house, swimming pool, gym – yeh sab families ko attract karte hain. Kya sirf finishes ke basis pe poore project ko discard kar dein? Aur 4.0-4.3 Cr mein, Gurgaon mein aur kya mil raha hai jo perfect ho? Thoda detail mein batao, kya specific issues hain?
Exactly! Premium amenities tab tak achhe lagte hain jab tak unka maintenance bill nahi aata. Aur agar quality bekar hai, toh poora paisa waste. My relative near Baliawas faced similar issues with a 'premium' project's maintenance.
Specifics? Tiles cracking, paint peeling within months, and yes, seepage. Amenities only matter if the basic structure is sound.
Haan yaar, Brahma City M Block ki seepage ki stories toh kaafi suni hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi bataya tha.
Totally agree, bhai. Gurgaon mein quality ke naam pe bahut loot machi hai. Builders promise the moon, but finishings are always an issue. Brahma City M Block ka toh suna hai, but 4 Cr mein bhi yeh haal hai toh kya bolen?
