Visited Signature Global Proxima 1 last weekend and honestly, the price point for a 2BHK got me thinking. I'm currently in a 2BHK myself but looking at this purely for investment. What's the real rental yield like here? And for resale, is there any liquidity in this segment, or will it be tough to exit in 5-7 years? Not sure how much capital appreciation we can expect.

What's the real rental yield like here? And for resale, is there any liquidity in this segment, or will it be tough to exit in 5-7 years? Not sure how much capital appreciation we can expect.
