My Gurgaon property dilemma: RTM vs. future ROI
Renting in Gurgaon for 5 years and I'm done. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Conscient Hines Elevate, ready-to-move hai, sahi hai. But is it *really* a smart investment for appreciation? Everyone glorifies RTM projects for safety, but with prices already so high (₹5 Cr+), kitna upside bachega over 5 years? I'm looking at Terra Elegance independent floors too. Under-construction ka gamble hai but ROI potential zyada lag raha. Builder ka track record bhi dekhna padega. Isn't the real growth in projects that aren't already peaked? Change my mind.
