₹12 Cr for a 3BHK in Gurgaon – is the premium for 'ready-to-move' actually justified? I'm currently in a 2BHK, eyeing an upgrade. Everyone glorifies DLF The Crest's established amenities, but honestly, its floor plans feel less efficient than Sobha Crescent's proposed layouts. Price per sqft for DLF is insane, almost double. Kya sirf ready-to-move hone se itna zyada dena sahi hai? Sobha ka carpet area efficiency better lagta hai. I mean, amenities like a huge clubhouse are great, but how much do we actually use them? Change my mind.
