My next investment property search in Gurugram is getting serious. Ameya Sapphire Residences dekh raha hoon, but from my experience, construction quality after 1-2 years is a big concern. Kitne actual post-possession issues, like cracks or seepage, investors face? This directly hits my long-term ROI. Also, amenities like the children's play area, are they genuinely well-maintained and used by tenants, ya just a marketing gimmick for higher PLC? Need honest feedback.
