Construction quality in Gurugram is the biggest long-term investor risk, hands down. I'm checking out Faith Ireo Savannah. How bad are the real-world issues like cracks or seepage after a year of possession? Does poor quality genuinely hit resale value and tenant attraction, or just mean higher maintenance costs later? Are those 'premium' amenities actually worth the extra cost for ROI?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Faith Ireo Savannah ka brochure toh bada fancy lag raha hai, but yeh construction quality wala point mujhe bhi bohot tension de raha hai. Itna bada investment hai, aur agar baad mein seepage ya cracks nikle toh kya fayda?
Haan bilkul, U1! Yeh ₹1.6 Cr – ₹2.4 Cr ki range mein hai, which is huge for us first-timers. Agar quality nahi mili, toh pura paisa waste ho jayega. Resale value toh definitely down
