My Gurugram property dilemma: UC vs ready project confusion
Been looking for 6 months now, and even for me, it's confusing. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game. Gurugram mein Bestech City 2 aur DLF Magnolias dono dekhe hain. Magnolias ready hai, but price tag bohot high hai. Bestech UC hai, so possession ka risk hai kya? Total cost of ownership for both, including hidden charges, kitna differ karega? And honestly, 5-year appreciation ke liye which one is a better bet?

Bhai, exactly my situation! Gurugram mein property lena is a headache, especially for first-timers like us. Magnolias ka toh naam sunke hi budget hil jaata hai. Bestech City 2 ki price range ₹2.0 Cr – ₹2.8 Cr theek lag rahi hai, but UC project mein possession delay ka darr rehta hai. Mera ek dost Baliawas mein phasa hua hai, 2 saal se possession nahi mila. Total cost of ownership mein toh hidden charges hi maar dete hain, stamp duty, registration, maintenance... sab add karke kya banega Magnolias aur Bestech mein
