Honestly, even after working in this industry, buying my own place feels like a whole new game. Gurugram mein prices itne upar hain, I'm trying to find value. Secondary market mein negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai kya compared to new projects? Yaar, I've heard about price correction zones around Dwarka Expressway ya Sohna Road. Is it true? Kisi ko pata hai Sector 42 (Czarr Villas ke paas) mein koi hidden gem hai for a 3BHK around ₹2 Cr? Need tips for finding a good deal, not just listed price.

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Gurugram mein itna competition aur prices, lagta hai koi hidden treasure mil hi nahi sakta. Secondary market mein thoda scope hota hai negotiation ka, especially if the property is a few years old and seller urgent ho. New projects mein toh builder ka rate fixed hota hai mostly. Dwarka Expressway ke around price correction suna toh maine bhi hai, but for specific sectors.
