My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. EMI vs rent math ab samajh aa gaya hai. Planning to finally take the plunge in Gurugram. Ashley Estate Floors 8 dekha hai, ready project hai, price ₹4.50 Cr. Aur Anamika Enclave bhi option mein hai, but uski possession ka kya scene hai, not clear. Ready-to-move mein instant rental income ka potential zyada hai, right? Ya Anamika mein future appreciation better milegi? Rental potential kiska better lagta hai, for a family? Yaar, thoda guidance chahiye.

Yaar, I'm in the exact same boat. Anamika Enclave maine bhi dekha tha, but possession date itni vague hai ki dar lagta hai. Ready-to-move ka peace of mind alag hota hai. Anamika Enclave ka RERA status kya hai, kisi ko pata hai?
Totally agree with U6. My cousin also got stuck with a UC project near Basai. 5 saal ho gaye, abhi bhi construction chal raha hai. EMI aur rent dono dena pad raha hai. Better to pay a bit more for ready-to-move if your budget allows.
U5, Anamika Enclave ka data check kar lena. UC projects mein delay toh common hai. Mera friend ne ek project mein book kiya tha 2 saal pehle, Airport Road ke paas, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Builders bas date pe date dete rehte hain. Ready-to-move mein at least ghar dikh raha hota hai. Future appreciation ka toh koi guarantee nahi, but mental peace ka bahut value hai.
₹4.5 Cr for Ashley Estate Floors 8? Bhai, that's a hefty price tag, even for a ready property in Gurgaon. Have you checked the per sqft rate?
U3, Ashley Estate Floors 8 ka RERA Not Applicable hai, aur sirf 4 units hain. Ready hai toh shayad isliye RERA nahi laga hoga. But still, 4.5 Cr for just 4 units without RERA oversight, thoda risky lag raha hai, especially for a first-time buyer.
Sahi keh rahe ho, price toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Aur RERA ka kya scene hai is project ka?
