My Gurugram property reality check

Did a site visit to Sobha International City last week and honestly, I'm confused. Fed up of paying rent, landlord ne phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies the brand name, but nobody talks about the ground reality. Jo amenities brochure mein dikhate hain, possession ke time kitne milte hain? Clubhouse aur sports facilities bhi, are they actually used daily ya bas showpiece hain, just to justify high maintenance charges? Seems like we're just paying for fancy words. Change my mind.
