Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 65, including Whiteland Westin. Honestly, I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders ka RERA registration aur legal track record, like Ambience Group, check karna kitna mushkil hai. Kuch clauses toh builder-buyer agreement mein bilkul one-sided lagte hain. Kya RERA complaints system Gurugram mein sahi mein effective hai ya bas paperwork hai? Any tips on red flags beyond just the RERA number?
