Sector 82 — rent prices yahan literally skyrocket ho gaye hain. I'm looking to rent a 2BHK there, but jo quotes mil rahe hain, I'm honestly shocked. Last two years mein 30-40% hike, is this even sustainable? Mera budget ₹25-30k for a 2BHK hai, max ₹35k if it's really good. For young professionals like me, is Sector 82 still worth it ya phir Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Ext. Road ke aas paas dekhna chahiye? Convenience vs price ka kya tradeoff hai? Also, brokers ka cut kitna hota hai yahan? Can we actually find properties directly from landlords to save on those hefty charges? Matlab, is it even possible to bypass brokers in Gurugram? Any tips on finding good deals ya direct landlords? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karein.
