Since last month, I've been deep diving into Sector 79, Gurugram. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Prices yahan ke seem to be all over the place. Builders like Godrej ya Signature Global ka premium justified hai kya? Also, traffic ka kya scene hai during peak hours? Kitna time lagta hai actual commute mein? Any negotiation tips for this area?
