My Habulus negotiation experience from Dubai
Bangalore builder negotiation is mostly a joke for investors, honestly. Habulus project in Phase I mein barely discount mila. Realistically, kitna negotiation possible hai? What hidden charges should I watch for, buying remotely from Dubai?

Yaar, I totally feel this. I'm also a first-time buyer looking at Bangalore, and the negotiation part seems like a myth. Builders quote a price and stick to it. Is there really any room to bargain, or should I just accept whatever they offer? Especially for projects like Habulus, jo kaafi popular hain.
Generally, for reputed builders and good projects like Habulus, 1-2% is the max you can push. Sometimes they offer a slightly better deal if you pay upfront in full, but even that is rare now. Don't expect miracles.
