Honestly not sure if upgrading from my 2BHK is smart right now. I'm eyeing a 3BHK near Mitra Mandal Colony or Baner. With the Metro and Ring Road progressing, are properties near these corridors still affordable? Wondering if the price jump is worth it, considering future appreciation and my existing home loan. Any tips on finding value amidst this infra push?
