My Hinjewadi 2BHK rent jumped 40%!

Hinjewadi — rent prices are just insane now, right? My 2BHK that was ₹25k last year is now ₹35k, that's like a 40% jump! Matlab, itna kaise badh sakta hai? I'm an IT professional, my salary hike hasn't been this much. Is this just the new normal for Pune, especially Baner-Balewadi areas? Honestly, I'm thinking of moving to Kothrud but even there it's crazy. Will it ever stabilize ya EMI hi option hai ab for young professionals?

Yaar, I completely feel you! My 1BHK in Wakad went from ₹15k to ₹22k in just one year. It's not just Hinjewadi, the whole corridor from Wakad to Baner is experiencing this madness. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh dream hi lagta hai ab.
