Fed up of renting in Hyderabad, landlord ne rent badha diya fir se. I'm finally looking to buy my first 2BHK, maybe near Hitech City. Salarpuria Sattva ke projects dekhe hain, budget around ₹90L. Mera main doubt hai, does price negotiation even work here? Builder bolta hai fixed price, but I've heard people get discounts. Also, pre-launch offers vs ready-to-move prices, which one is actually better for savings? Construction-linked payment plan lein ya upfront down payment? Kya bolte ho?

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Hitech City ke paas dekh raha hoon, budget bhi almost same hai. Builders ka fixed price wala drama toh har jagah hai. Mujhe bhi samajh nahi aata negotiation kaise karein. Pre-launch offers sounds tempting but risky, right?
