My Hitech City move: prices are wild

Honestly, after moving into my new flat near Hitech City last month, I'm still processing the prices. Metro extension aur new flyovers ne toh pura game badal diya. Lagta hai Hitech City ke kuch pockets mein prices bilkul rocket ho gaye. Kis area mein sabse zyada jump dikha? Aur kya yeh prices sustainable hain, ya sirf hype hai?
