Visited Jaypee The Imperial Court last month, thinking I found my home after years in this business. I work in real estate, you know, so I thought I'd sniff out any issues, but the water supply thing has me genuinely stressed. They promise 24/7, but *yaar*, I'm hearing whispers about constant tanker dependency in other projects by them. Is Imperial Court facing this too? I'm not talking just common areas; I mean actual flat supply. My family can't deal with unreliable water. What's the real ground truth on tank capacity? And how quickly does the RWA actually get things fixed? Should I even think about it if water becomes a daily struggle?

Bhai, Jaypee ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Imperial Court 2014 mein possess ho gaya tha, but mere ek friend ne Jaypee Greens mein liya tha, Alpha I Greater Noida ke paas, unko bhi same water supply ka issue aata rehta hai. Tanker hi lifeline hai unki. Initially, they promise the moon, but ground reality is different. RWA kitna bhi strong ho, infrastructure problem ho toh kya hi kar lega? Is price range (₹3.4 Cr – ₹5.5 Cr) mein, you'd expect premium services, not basic utility struggles.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Jaypee ka reputation toh daagdaar hai. Mere ek colleague ne bhi mention kiya tha ki unke projects mein after-sales service aur basic utilities ka issue rehta hai. Current market mein toh buyers ke paas options hain, builders ko quality deni chahiye.
Oh god, this is my biggest fear! I'm also a first-time buyer and the thought of water problems is terrifying. I've been looking at properties in Noida extension and Jaypee's name comes up a lot, but this water issue is a huge red flag. Is it really that bad even for completed projects like Imperial Court? My budget is already stretched, I can't afford daily tanker expenses.
Haan bilkul! Yehi toh tension hai. Mera budget bhi tight hai aur water bill alag se ho toh bahut mushkil ho jayegi.
