Six months into this property hunt, and I'm honestly so confused. Everyone keeps saying ready-to-move Purvanchal Sanchar Vihar is safer, but ATS Pious Hideaways mein jo space mil rahi hai, woh next level hai. Matlab, Purvanchal ka carpet area efficiency mujhe kam laga for the price, even if it's completed. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Purvanchal Sanchar Vihar might be ready, but for 5-year appreciation and actual usable space, ATS Pious Hideaways has more potential. Not sure if I'm overthinking the under-construction risk. Change my mind?

Yaar, under-construction ka risk toh hai hi. My cousin got stuck with a builder for 3 years after possession date. ATS ka track record kaisa hai? Space toh theek hai, but what about the peace of mind? Purvanchal ready hai, toh at least tension nahi hogi.
U1, sahi keh rahe ho. But ATS Pious Hideaways ka RERA number toh UPRERAPRJ442430 hai. That gives some confidence, no?
