Spent the whole Sunday checking out options near Dwarka Expressway, especially around Sector 102-113. Honestly, as someone who works in real estate, I'm seeing so much hype around Dwarka Expressway completion and Global City. Everyone glorifies these areas for massive appreciation, but kya *actual* benefits already priced in hain? I know what builders don't tell you. Prices in places like Sector 61, even off Golf Course Extension, feel crazy high now, like ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. Is there any affordable investment window left near these infra corridors? Or is it just builder marketing? Lagta hai the promised infra ka benefit already EMI mein add ho gaya hai. Change my mind, because I'm not seeing the "affordable investment" angle anymore. Disagree?
