Noida Extension keeps coming up. I'm so fed up of renting, finally crunching the EMI vs rent numbers. Manglam Shagun City Center looks interesting. But I'm really concerned about the builder's financial health. Is there a risk of projects stalling? And what about their RERA compliance? Heard some stories...

Manglam Group ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Jaipur mein inke do projects toh aise latke hue hain ki poochho mat. Ek friend ne Alistonia Estate mein book kiya tha Noida Extension mein, uski toh neend ud gayi hai. Builder ne bola tha 2 saal mein possession, ab 4 saal ho gaye hain. Financial
Yaar, I also saw Manglam Shagun City Center, location wise it looks good, especially with the upcoming metro connectivity. But yes, RERA compliance is key. Any idea if they have all approvals for this specific project? Kabhi kabhi builders sirf ads dete hain, actual paperwork pending hota hai.

Exactly! Mere friend ke saath hua hai Ghaziabad mein, RERA number tha but project delay ho gaya. So just having a number isn't enough.
Bhai, Manglam Group ka track record Jaipur mein bhi bahut mixed raha hai. Noida Extension mein toh competition hi itna hai. Builder ki financial health check karna bahut zaroori hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. RERA site pe details dekhi hain kya?
