Godrej's on-time delivery track record in Noida Extension is genuinely overrated. Delays are common, even for premium offerings. ATS construction quality, from my experience, isn't what it used to be. For Sector 150 prices, finishing issues are concerning. Are these builders worth the premium? Change my mind.

Yaar, totally relate! I've been eyeing Godrej Nurture in Sector 150 and their marketing is top-notch, but deep down I always had this feeling. My cousin booked with ATS in Alpha II, Greater Noida, and got possession 8 months late. For the kind of money they're asking, especially in Noida Ext, this is just not acceptable. As a first-time buyer, such delays give me major anxiety. Are we really paying a premium for this uncertainty?
