My honest take on Noida property prices

Okay I'll be honest, I'm worried about Noida property prices. Everyone's predicting massive appreciation in Sectors 150/137 till 2026, citing Jewar. But is 10% annual growth truly sustainable? I feel like 2BHKs are already overpriced around 80L. Aren't we due for a correction, not more hikes? Change my mind.
