My honest take on Nyay Khand after recent visits

Does anyone actually live in Nyay Khand or just commute through it? Honestly, every time I visit, the traffic is insane, especially near the Delhi-Meerut Expressway exit. Everyone talks about its connectivity, but ignores the daily struggle. And monsoon? I heard stories about major waterlogging near Shipra Suncity. Is that still a thing? My parents are pushing for a 2BHK there, around ₹75L. I'm not sure if the daily headaches are worth it. Change my mind.
