My honest take on resale vs new builds in Rajkot
Resale properties in Rajkot get a bad rap but honestly, I think they offer better value than new builds. Kids have moved out, so I'm looking for a manageable 2BHK, maybe near Kalawad Road or Mota Mava. Builder projects like Ansal API's Krishna Kunj look good, but new construction mein hidden charges aur floor-rise premium ka tension rehta hai. Resale mein I feel you see the true picture, right? Like OC (Occupancy Certificate) is usually there, maintenance history clear. My main question is, secondary market mein Rajkot mein kitna negotiation possible hai? Log bolte hain naye mein discount milta hai, but resale mein kya scene hai? Aur all-in cost, matlab property price ke alawa, stamp duty, registration, society transfer charges - yeh sab kitna lag jaata hai? Don't want any surprises after selling my current big place. Change my mind if you disagree.
