Did some digging on Ripple Residency this weekend. Honestly, sab marketing hype lagta hai for that ₹55L-₹1.10Cr range. I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm skeptical. Everyone talks about capital appreciation, but is the current pricing already too high for real ROI? What's the actual rental yield people are getting there? Brochure figures ka kya bharosa. Also, investor ratio kitna hai? Don't want a ghost society affecting future resale. Change my mind.
