My honest take on Under Construction prices

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Under Construction? I'll say what no one says: new infrastructure just made prices skyrocket. Kids are gone, I need a manageable flat. Which pockets truly benefited? Change my mind.

Totally agree with your point! ₹78 lakh for a 2BHK under construction is insane. I've been looking in Ahinsa Khand II and the prices there have also shot up post-expressway. Builder toh bas mauke ka fayda utha rahe hain.
