Kids are growing up fast, so we desperately need a bigger 3BHK. My wife’s main priority is a good school nearby and a really safe neighborhood, especially around Golf Course Road. We’ve been looking at DLF and M3M projects there. Honestly, prices have shot up so much, it's crazy. Pehle lagta tha 2.5-3 Cr mein mil jaayega but now even a decent 3BHK is 4 Cr+. I'm really confused if this current price rise is sustainable. Will prices correct by 2026? Ya fir, is this the new normal for Gurgaon? Dwarka Expressway might give more appreciation, but Golf Course Road feels more settled for family. What’s your take on price growth for the next 2-3 years? Kahin prices inflated toh nahi lag rahe?
