Spent the whole Sunday checking out options around Sector 113. Ramprastha projects there are interesting, but prices feel pretty baked in already. I'm really trying to spot some undervalued assets, maybe a zone where a price correction is still possible, or at least where values haven't peaked. The market sentiment is strong, but are you guys seeing any specific areas in Gurgaon where deals are better, not just inflated hype? I'm talking about actual value, not just future potential. Or is secondary market the only way to get real negotiation leverage these days?
