My Hyderabad 3BHK hunt: Legal pitfalls I'm worried about
Since last year I've been eyeing 3BHKs in Hyderabad. Currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a bigger flat or villa, maybe near Kokapet. Already have a home loan, so this is a big step. I visited Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge, looks good but legal aspects are confusing. RERA compliance check kaise karte hain actually? Builder-buyer agreement mein kya red clauses hote hain jo sirf builder ko favour karte hain? I heard TG-RERA is getting stronger, but agar builder delay karta hai, mere real legal options kya hain? Is it really effective ya bas paper pe hai? Any experiences with builder defaulting and RERA help? Kya tips hain to avoid future legal headaches? Not sure if paying more for a big builder guarantees no issues.
