My investment portfolio review showed this gap, now I'm evaluating Hyderabad. Salarpuria Sattva projects, near LB Nagar, dikh rahe hain. Pre-launch pricing often feels like a gimmick. Builders promise big discounts, but open-market price later isn't much different. Is this common? What's your actual ROI experience from pre-launch deals here?

Pre-launch toh sab jhoot hai. Sirf marketing gimmick, builders bas paisa ghumate hain initial stages mein.
But kuch log toh bolte hain ki acha deal milta hai if you enter early
Totally agree with you. My brother booked in Attapur, same story. No real benefit, sirf paper pe discount dikhta hai but actual savings are minimal once you factor in delays.
