Is anyone genuinely getting more than 2-3% off on base price for a 3BHK in Rajender Nagar? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders like Garg Group quote a figure, but the negotiation margin feels so tight. Everyone talks 'negotiating hard' but what's the real story? Are we just haggling over peanuts? The super area vs carpet area games are frustrating when you know the tricks. Calculating true all-in cost for a 3BHK around 1.8Cr, including stamp duty and PLC, for actual usable space is a headache. Is this New Delhi's property market reality? Change my mind.
