My investment dilemma: Are green spaces just expensive eye candy?

Since I bought my first investment flat, I'm convinced green areas are mostly marketing fluff. Meenakshi High Life Towers mein bhi yeh 'open space' kaafi hyped tha. But for an investor, does landscaping actually boost ROI or attract better tenants? Yaar, practical issues like power backup and construction quality matter more for resale. Are we overpaying for trees? Change my mind.
