My investment dilemma: Gulshan Avante
Gulshan ka track record Greater Noida mein mixed hai, honestly. I'm looking at Gulshan Avante, the ₹3.68 Cr–₹4.18 Cr range is quite high, even for luxury. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know. I'm trying to figure out the real capital appreciation potential here. Pre-launch prices se kitna upar gaya hai yeh project? Aur future mein kitna upside expect kar sakte hain? Secondary market mein iski liquidity kaisi hai? Matlab, 5-7 saal baad jab exit karna ho toh buyer milenge kya? Builder ki past projects ki delivery timing kaisi rahi hai? Kahin stuck toh nahi hoga project? Any actual insights on rental yields for properties this expensive? Off the record, I'd appreciate genuine opinions. Not sure if it's worth blocking such capital for this, ya kuch better options hain.
