Ghaziabad mein Lotus Heights 2 dekh raha hoon for investment. I'm in real estate myself, but buying personal property always feels different, you know? It's a completed project, so delivery risk zero hai. But capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Has its price moved much since launch? Also, what's the real rental yield for a 2BHK here? Is ₹20k-₹25k feasible? Resale potential kitna strong hai? Matlab, 5-7 saal baad easily exit ho jayega? Just want honest opinions.

Completed project hai toh tension kam hai, I agree with that part. But ₹20k-₹25k rental for a 2BHK in Ghaziabad sounds ambitious unless it's a very prime spot like Ahinsa Khand II.
RERA 'Not Applicable'? Bhai, ye toh seedha red flag hai. Completed project ho ya na ho, RERA compliance toh honi chahiye for buyer protection. Is it even legal to buy a non-RERA registered project in Ghaziabad now?
