My investment property is bleeding money on maintenance
Was supposed to finalize my Sohna investment last month, but the whole maintenance charges versus actual service quality thing is really bugging me. I'm deep into JMS The Nation, and the promised amenities were a big draw, justifying the premium. But now I'm hearing stories about half those amenities not being operational at possession, ya fir unki quality bilkul compromise ho gayi hai. From my experience, high maintenance costs just eat into your ROI, especially if the facilities are below par. Builder brochure mein sab dikha dete hain, but what actually gets delivered? What's the point of paying steep charges if the clubhouse is a ghost facility and security is just for show? Koi batao, should I push hard on the annual maintenance contract terms or consider other projects with more realistic promises?

Totally agree, bhai! Builders promise the moon, especially with these high-end projects. I'm looking at properties near Badshahpur, and the maintenance charges are just insane for what they *might* offer. It's a huge dilemma for first-time buyers like us.
Haan yaar, same experience. My cousin booked an apartment near Airport Road and the promised lavish gym is still just a dirty room with a few old machines after two years. They keep delaying the 'full operational' date with some vague excuse or the other
