80% of project brochures look incredible, but I'm calling BS on most of them delivering. I'm eyeing ATS Province D Olympia, and honestly, the lush green renders vs. what we usually get is a huge red flag for me as an investor. From my experience, developers consistently overpromise on actual open spaces. It might hook initial buyers, but how does that affect long-term tenant attraction or resale value when the 'garden' is just a few sad shrubs? Everyone glorifies the fancy clubhouses too, but are they actually used daily, or do they become expensive ghost facilities draining maintenance funds? I've seen this pattern before. Disagree? Tell me why.

Sahi kaha yaar, ATS Province D Olympia ke renders dekh ke lagta hai ki paradise hai, but reality mein kya milega pata nahi. Especially the green spaces, they always look so grand in brochures. Mera bhi budget tight hai, so har ek paisa count karta hai. Yeh brochure vs reality gap tension deta hai.
Totally agree! Mere friend ne ek project mein liya tha, brochure mein swimming pool Olympic size ka tha, mila kiddie pool. Such a rip-off!
