My investor's dilemma: S S Park View not moving

Is S S Park View's capital appreciation really that stagnant for a completed project? I'm looking at it for investment, but the price hasn't moved much since completion, even with Bangalore's market. I work in real estate; it feels like the builder's past delivery track record is still affecting perception. What's the exit strategy looking like for others?

Yaar, I've heard the same. S S Park View sounds good on paper, especially being completed, but the buzz isn't there. For 1.3 Cr, you'd expect *some* movement, right? Bangalore market is hot everywhere else.

Totally agree. Builder ka reputation hi sab bigaad deta hai. My cousin almost booked with them once.
