Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Jayanagar mein 2BHK dekh raha hoon, budget around ₹90L se ₹1.2Cr tak hai. Bahut projects hain yaar, sabke rates alag hain. Not sure which ones are actually worth it. Koi recent experience share kar sakta hai? Kis project mein sahi deal mili, ya kya dekhna chahiye?

Is time pe market mein entry karna sahi hai kya? Interest rates toh high hain, lagta hai prices bhi thode inflate ho rahe hain. Kya Jayanagar mein abhi prices stable hain ya upar ja rahe hain?

Jayanagar mein Provident Housing ke projects dekhe hain kya? Unka ek project Akshayanagar side tha, kaafi decent reviews the. Quality wise kaise hain in general? Any experience with their older projects?
Haan, Provident ke saath delays ka issue suna hai maine bhi. Ek friend ka flat Aavalahalli mein tha, same builder, unka bhi kuch construction quality issues aaye the handover ke baad. Nothing major, but small fixes took ages.
Provident Housing ka mixed bag hai. My cousin booked with them in Adigara Kallahalli, aur possession mein 8-9 months delay ho gaya. Unki customer service bhi average thi during the delay. So, if you're on a tight timeline, be very careful and read the fine print about delays.

Bhai, Jayanagar mein 90L-1.2Cr mein 2BHK is tough, unless it's an older building ya thoda interior location. Have you looked at anything specific yet, or just generally searching?
Totally relate yaar! Same budget, same confusion. Lagta hai Jayanagar mein sab gold plated bathrooms de rahe hain is budget mein.
