posted on 17 MayMy journey from broker to buyer: Keya Spring thoughts
Is Keya Spring's layout truly efficient for daily living? I've been in real estate for years but buying for myself, especially a completed project like Keya Spring, feels different. I'm looking at their 3 BHKs, around the ₹2 Cr mark. Brochures always show perfect super area to carpet area ratios, but what's the actual usable space like? I'm worried about wasted corners or awkward room sizes. Also, for those who moved in, what was the possession experience? Any unexpected snags? And honestly, how's the community vibe there? Is it easy to connect with neighbours or does it feel a bit isolated? Want real resident feedback, not just sales talk.

My experience with a 'completed' project was a nightmare. They kept delaying possession for almost 6 months after the RERA date, citing some last-minute approvals. Jab finally mila bhi, there were so many snags – plumbing issues, paint defects, electrical wiring not up to mark. Keya Spring ka possession date toh 2024-03-01 tha, right? Did anyone actually get possession on time? Please share your experience, I'm really wary now.
Haan, RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/31
RERA details check kiye kya? Koi issues toh nahi the Keya Spring ke record mein?
Yes, possession date was March 1st. My friend got his unit, but he mentioned some minor touch-ups were still needed. Nothing major like your experience, thankfully. Builders ka toh chalta rehta hai yeh sab.
Haan, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho! Brochures mein toh sab high-gloss lagta hai, but actual space kitni hai, wohi asli game-changer hai. Keya Spring ki 3 BHKs mein bhi yahi darr hai mujhe. Wasted space se budget badhta hai aur utility kam hoti hai.
Exactly! Main bhi Akshayanagar mein ek project dekh raha tha, wahan bhi super area bahut zyada tha but carpet area was disappointing. Keya Spring mein bhi check karna padega floor plan dhyaan se.
Sahi baat hai. ₹2 Cr for a 3 BHK, aur agar space efficient na ho toh paisa waste hai.
