My Kailash Avenue dream turned into a maintenance nightmare
Why are Kailash Avenue's maintenance charges so high when the clubhouse is barely used and half the promised amenities aren't even functional? Are others facing this too? Feels like a scam.

Totally agree! I was considering Kailash Avenue because of the ₹50 L price point, but this maintenance issue is a huge red flag. Builders promise the moon during sales, but after possession, it's a different story altogether. Happened with my friend in Ahinsa Khand 1 too.
U1, you're spot on. My broker tried to convince me that Kailash Avenue is a great deal at ₹52 L, saying the amenities are 'upcoming'. But 'upcoming' can mean anything, right? This thread
