Visited a few projects near Kalawad Road last weekend, eyeing a 3BHK for my growing family. My wife liked one by Balaji Group, but the total cost calculation is confusing. Base price is one thing, but then they add PLC, floor rise, parking, maintenance deposit... Not sure if these 'extras' like floor-rise are worth paying. Kitna extra lag jaata hai sab mila ke? Is it smarter to buy a cheaper flat on a lower floor? Aur stamp duty, registration, woh sab bhi toh add hoga. Rajkot mein these charges kitne negotiable hote hain?

Negotiability Rajkot mein limited hai, especially for stamp duty and registration. Woh toh government charges hain, fixed. Builder ke saath parking ya maintenance deposit pe thodi bahut baat ho sakti hai,
